The Rock House, close to Branson MO.

The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

The Cobbler’s Cottage on the Trail

A private “duplex” style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista’s Back 40. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats. A rustic guest suite in the lower level of a log home. This open floor design features live edge tables, a large 75” screen tv with internet based channels, great wifi & an amazing view of the mountains & sunrises right outside your door! Your private deck has comfortable seating & a hot tub provided for your comfort. A Blackstone gas griddle is yours to use. A firepit with wood is provided! *Hosts do live upstairs, but the suite is sound insulated and noise from below has never been heard.

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Tucked into a hollow on the eastern edge of Prairiewood's preserve, Cottonwood has everything you need for a getaway or overnight stay. All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening.
