**Since this is my home, I do not accept last minute bookings. I need 48 hours notice since I do live there. You will have the entire home to yourself, including a kitchen if you want to cook. Wayland is basically in my backyard! Located between Amarillo and Lubbock, you are central to big events that take place in the area. 1 hour from Palo Duro Canyon ( and the play Texas) and Caprock Canyon State Park with great hiking trails. Texas Tech is 45 miles away if you want to catch a game!

You’ll love my place because of the coziness, The house was built in 1898, It has some quirky atmosphere !!! 2 story home that we have been restoring for the past 3 years !!. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Upstairs Bath has CLAW FOOT tub , with shower !
