LA VIE SAGE is an entire luxurious house on a private island on the Seine river to enjoy absolute calm in the heart of nature, only 25 minutes from Paris. ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY BOAT. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

The chickadee room

The chickadee room welcomes you with its private bathroom and patio. Either you're around for tourism professionnal purposes, we'll be more than happy to host you. 5 minutes walk to the local grocery store, and A 5 minutes drive to malls and restaurants. 12 minutes walk to the Villepreux-Les Clayes train station which will take you straight to the heart of Versailles in 13 minutes or to Paris-Montparnasse in 39 minutes. It's also a 20 minutes drive to Renault technocenter.
