It is a short 100 yard walk from the lake and a quick drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston or the NH Seacoast, close to the Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots as well as the famous NH Outlets.

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Enjoy sunrises and sunsets with an expanse of windows that offer breathtaking views of the river and marsh in a new construction, BEAUTIFUL, single family home. Over 2000 Sq Ft wTile & hardwood floors. 1st level has Open living room/kitchen, half bath & 1 bedroom. 2nd Floor has 2 bedrooms, bath, laundry & Large outdoor deck. Beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. 10 minutes to Browns Seafood restaurant, Ice Cream, Groceries & more. 2+ Parking spots. We follow the Advanced Clean Protocol.

Charming open apartment with a loft bedroom. Hardwood floors, barn beams, butcher block counter, full galley kitchen, private bath, vaulted ceilings - as part of the renovated original Raynes Farm Barn. This apartment is clean, private and isolated, with self check-in and plenty of outside space to enjoy. Located five minutes from downtown Exeter (w/plenty of take-out/delivery options) in an idyllic country setting, neighboring 100+ acre conservation land and a large network of wooded trails.

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

The little house on Mirror Pond

Escape to our fully renovated tiny pond house on the serene Mirror Pond. Perfect for up to 4 guests, enjoy swimming, kayaking, or floating on tubes. Unwind by the fire pit, barbecue on the deck, or cozy up by the fireplace (our apologize but it is currently not working) with board games on cooler days. With great WiFi, it’s also ideal for a peaceful work retreat. Whether you're here to relax, or get some work done, this tranquil hideaway offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.
