Located only 3-5 miles down maintained, gravel roads, this late 1800s home is just 30 miles from College Station, nestled between more than 20 wedding venues within a 20 mile radius, and it's close to a few wineries. Approximately 7 miles to the Aggie Expressway. You'll find yourself surrounded by serenity and gorgeous, country views on acres upon acres of property you can explore. You'll also enjoy rocking on the front porch that overlooks rolling pastures.

Wantabe Ranch, settle in for a peaceful evening

This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .

‘Haus House’ Studio is a 440 sq ft standing alone bungalow in a very quiet location yet close to all lake activity and great places to eat. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.

We're located just minutes away from several wedding and event venues in the Magnolia, Tomball, and Greater Woodlands and Houston area. Easy access to Hwy 249/Aggie Expressway. This hobbit house, belonging to a little hairy footed fellow, has a life long journey of accumulating artifacts of the wonderous eras of ancient. You will find a vast collection of books both rare and of great value to feast your imagination and curiosity. This cozy haven, though adorned with swords and weapons of the great heroes of old, serves as a reminder that it is the little things that keep the darkness at bay, “small acts of kindness and love”.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A Viking-inspired getaway complete with porch, shower, bathroom, kitchen and a full-functioning sauna! This mini-apartment is in the top section of a barn and you may have to duck your head. There is a queen-sized bed and an additional mattress for someone else if needed. Take a stroll in the woods or take a quick 5 minute drive to the lake! Now with upgraded Air Conditioning!
