The flat has been designed as a place to relax in the middle of the city and comes fully equipped to do so. The loft-style space is perfect for families, couples or groups wanting to enjoy Valencia. It is just a few minutes walk from the City of Arts and Sciences and the Carmen neighbourhood, and less than two minutes away you can catch a bus that takes you directly to the beach.

En nuestra propiedad tenemos dos perros que son parte de la familia, no se juntarán con los viajeros. Si no te gustan los perros,no te preocupes,este alojamiento no es para tí.

Pasa unos días en nuestro pequeño apartamento frente al mar. Es un espacio abierto, donde no hay habitación. Segundo piso con ascensor y escaleras, recién renovado. Estreno en abril 2023. Hay una cama de matrimonio y un sofá que se convierte en otra cama de matrimonio. Ideal para dos personas, consultar si son más.con un coste adicional de 15 eu persona y noche El alojamiento dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: nevera, utensilios de cocina, toallas de ducha y de playa, etc.

Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.
