Un apartamento único de 110m2 situado en el casco antiguo. Siéntete como en casa en este amplio apartamento de dos dormitorios, disfruta de tu café por la mañana con vistas a los tejados del convento y déjate abrazar por la historia del casco antiguo. Los dos dormitorios están situados en lados opuestos en el apartamento, lo que hace que sea muy cómodo si sois dos parejas y también para familias. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite con ducha, el segundo dormitorio tiene un baño al que se accede desde el pasillo. Ambos tienen balcones y las camas son dobles de 160cm. La habitación (dormitorios y salón) cuenta con su propia unidad de aire acondicionado para garantizar su comodidad durante todo el año, ya sea que necesite mantenerse fresco o caliente. La cocina está completamente equipada y cuenta con cafetera Nespresso y todo tipo de utilidades. A tu llegada te espera un paquete de bienvenida con productos básicos. Tenemos también toallas de playa para que puedas usarlas si te apetece darte un chapuzón! Se trata de un segundo piso sin ascensor, pero los escalones son muy fáciles de subir, por lo que el acceso es muy sencillo. Welkom bij onze prachtige accommodatie gelegen op het mooiste stuk van Barrio Antiguo-Santa Cruz. Bij aankomst wordt u verwelkomd door een modern appartement met alle comfort dat u nodig heeft voor een perfect verblijf. Dit moderne appartement is volledig gerenoveerd in 2025 en biedt twee terrassen met fantastisch uitzicht op de glinsterende zee. Het appartement beschikt over twee terrassen. Op het eerste terras vindt u twee comfortabele ligbedden waar u de hele dag kunt genieten van de zon. Het tweede terras biedt veel privacy en is voorzien van een eettafel en een barbecue, perfect voor een heerlijk diner onder de sterren met een goed glas wijn. De moderne keuken is volledig uitgerust, waardoor u zelf kunt koken als u dat wenst. Het kingsize bed van 180x200 zorgt voor een goede nachtrust en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken, AC, 50 inch televisie en moderne badkamer. Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.
