There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

Harbor unit 11 is a spacious condo in the Harbor Condo Complex overlooking Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountains. This upper level unit features 3 bedrooms and a loft. The loft has 2 beds and a futon. There are 3 bathrooms, a patio and a wood-burning fireplace. It is within walking distance to the village shops and restaurants and is next door to the Lake Placid Marina. No pets allowed. Note: Firewood is not provided but bundles can be purchased at various convenience stores in town.

This Pinehill Townhome is your home away from home at the end of road and near the town's best restaurants. Since it is a personal residence, it has a fully equipped kitchen complete with Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, and a Weber gas grill for your family dinners. 3 floors allow space for both adults and kids. 2 decks offer a view of the pines and pleasant sounds of water over the Mill Pond dam.
