Located less than a mile from SUNY Plattsburgh and CVPH, it's ideal housing for traveling nurses and professors. An hour away from Lake Placid, Adirondack Loj, Montreal, and Burlington.

My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
