Great Location, Walk to Beach

Great location just a 7 minute walk to the beach and above 3.14 Plaza shopping center which has several restaurants, coffee shop, a laundromat, pharmacy, and beauty salon, all within the same building. There is a bike rental within the plaza and a taxi stand, which makes getting around very easy. The condo itself has 24/7 security, a designated parking space in garage, a large pool with several umbrellas and lounge chairs, and a BBQ area. The condo also has a private balcony with mountain views.

Studios frente al mar con alberca y acceso a la playa. A 5 min de Punta Mita e Higuera Blanca. A 15 min de Sayulita y a 30 min de Bucerias. A 45 min del Aeropuerto Internacional sin trafico. Cerca de los mejores surf spots de la bahia. Playa de más de dos millas de arena que parece el caribe en el pacifico, atardeceres espectaculares y buen WiFi. Family friendly y pet friendly. Puedes viajar a las Islas Marietas o a pesca desde los pueblos cercanos o La Marina de La Cruz de Huanacaxtle a 20 min.

Steps from restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. Spacious living, the couch folds out into a bed, desk for remote working. Similar studio next door and 2bd 2bath, 2nd floor with large terrace upstairs.
