An oasis of tranquility right in the centre of Corralejo! This lovely and well decorated 2 bedroom apartment is ideally situated. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the view of the massive pool, the lush garden and the sea! The apartment is situated 100 meters from the nearest beach. Right opposite the apartment you will find a tapas bar and restaurants. Just 50 metres around the block, there are shops, supermarkets and a private health clinic. No car required.

Stunning little house 20 meters to the beach!

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”

There is also a sun terrace of about 40 sqm with spectacular sea views. The Villa has a electric heated swimming pool and it's only 150m away from the beach. Supermarket are within 2-5 minutes, town center and nature protected dunes at 10-20 minutes walk.
