La vivienda esta situada en el segundo piso de un edificio protegido y rehabilitado con encanto construido en 1850. El edificio esta situado en primera linea de playa con unas magníficas vistas a la playa desde el salón, la terraza y desde la cocina. Consta de 2 habitaciones, la principal con baño, salón, cocina, comedor.
