Ático dúplex en un complejo residencial en primera linea de mar y con piscina climatizada de agua salada. Reformado y moderno, dispone de balcón privado con vistas a la piscina y al mar, en un día despejado se ven la isla de La Gomera y el Teide. Orientación oeste, preciosas puestas de sol desde la terraza. Dormitorio con una cama de 1,80 x 1,90, dos camas individuales de 0,90 x 1,90 y un baño. Sofá cama. Lavadora, plancha, smart TV, wifi y mucho más para que disfrutéis de una experiencia plena.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Splendido open space vista mare e piscina nel cuore di Las Americas comodo a tutti i servizi , cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia. Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Magnífico apartamento en Playa Las Vistas, entre Los Cristianos y Las Américas, moderno, luminoso, soleado y con vistas panorámicas. Tiene 1 habitación con cama doble, 1 baño con ducha de 150x 80 cm, salón con sofá- cama, terraza de 10 m2 con una mesa para 4 personas, orientación sur, cocina bien equipada, cerca de todos los servicios. El complejo cuenta con piscina, aseos, 2 ascensores, jardines bien cuidados, acceso para personas con discapacidad, a muy pocos minutos de todos los servicios.

Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
