Lovely one bedroom apartment with a large, sunny terrace and A/C to cool down after enjoying the sunny weather. Located on ground floor, in a central residence (Paraiso Royal), in the heart of Playa De Las Americas; surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion/travel agencies. A 5-min walk to the beach, or you can chose the community pool, which is heated during winter time. It is located in the quiet part of the complex, so you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights.

New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

Estupendo apartamento, céntrico en Las Américas

Amplio apartamento, amueblado y bien equipado, ubicado en pleno centro de Las Américas, cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios, piscina comunitaria. Tiene acceso para las personas discapacitadas, no hay escaleras; tiene 2 accesos: uno por la calle Victor Zurita Soler donde siempre hay parking público gratis y el otro por la Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina que os lleva hasta Hard Rock Café, Papagayo o la Milla de Oro donde hay los centros comerciales más famosos de la isla: C.C. Safari, C.Oasis.

Splendido open space vista mare e piscina nel cuore di Las Americas comodo a tutti i servizi , cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia. Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.
