In my flat you will feel that you are really on holiday, new and quality mattresses, quality textiles, extra comfortable pillows, bathroom with large mirror to see yourself at any time and position. It has a fully furnished kitchen, with microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge, dolce gusto coffee machine and all kinds of accessories, so that cooking is not a sacrifice, although if you choose to eat out it will not cost you much, as it has a restaurant of typical Canarian food just a few meters away and where you can taste their dishes at a very good price. They have a daily set menu for only 9,00 euros with bread, drink, first course, main course and dessert or coffee. It is open from 7:00 to 23:00 uninterruptedly. Your accommodation also has SmartTV and some international channels, so you will be informed at all times of what is happening in your country of origin. Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
