A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. La playa está a unos metros de la casa, pareciendo que vuele sobre el mar y esta situación privilegiada le permitirá disfrutar tanto de las vistas como de su entorno. Dispondrá de todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrute de una relajada estancia, con vistas únicas al mar dando un toque de infinita paz, haciendo que las vacaciones se disfruten al máximo.

Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en La Playa San Agustín, una maravillosa ubicación, en un pequeño y tranquilo complejo en primera línea de La Playa de San Agustin con acceso directo, donde poder desconectar de la rutina. Entre los puntos a destacar está la terraza, debido a su ubicación recibe sol buena parte del día y cuenta con dos tumbona,sombrilla y comedor exterior y toldo para que pueda disfrutar sus comidas al aire libre con la agradable brisa y escuchar el sonido del mar.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Seafront apartment, first line.

Cosy frontline beach apartment . Consists of two spacious bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. It features a nice bathroom with a walk in shower and a washing machine. It also has two balconies, one of which overlooks the beach and the pool/jacuzzi, located on a big solarium that sees the sun all year round, surrounded by lovely garden areas. You just can't get a whole lot closer to the sea without being in it!
