There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Located in Playa Shalpa, Surf City, within a gated community surrounded by tropical forest, it offers privacy and direct access to a semi-private volcanic sand beach. Very close to El Zonte, El Sunzal, and El Tunco, it is an ideal retreat to relax, disconnect, and enjoy life by the ocean.

This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.
