Mi apartamento ‘VIDA’ está a solo 150 metros de la Playa del Cura, a 10 minutos de la Playa de Tauro y a 15 de la Playa de Amadores. La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de los accesos es lo que caracteriza a ‘VIDA’. Parada de taxi, autobús, supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes de diferentes temáticas están a tan solo 3 minutos de ‘VIDA’. Por qué ‘VIDA’? Porque sólo hay una y la tenemos que vivir!

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

Si trova al centro di Playa del Cura, . A 2 minuti dal supermercato, dalla taxi e fermata del bus Sotto casa 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. In auto 5 minuti dal golf club, da Puerto Rico e da Amadores. Si può godere con serenità la vita locale e nel residence c’è la piscina per gli ospiti. Dal terrazzo hai una splendida vista sul mare dove rilassarsi e godersi le luci del tramonto. La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados.
