Es ist nur 4 Autominuten vom Meer und Supermarkt entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Pflanzen-Oase inmitten einer typisch canarischen Vulkan-Gesteinslandschaft mit Meerblick. Das Wohngrundstück ist auf zwei Terrassen in den Hang gebaut. Die beiden Terrassen sind mit einer Aussentreppe miteinander verbunden.

Si trova al centro di Playa del Cura, . A 2 minuti dal supermercato, dalla taxi e fermata del bus Sotto casa 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. In auto 5 minuti dal golf club, da Puerto Rico e da Amadores. Si può godere con serenità la vita locale e nel residence c’è la piscina per gli ospiti. Dal terrazzo hai una splendida vista sul mare dove rilassarsi e godersi le luci del tramonto. La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Apartment Finca Toledo

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
