Unsere wunderschöne Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand Los Locos und bietet Ihnen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Sie verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, beide mit Meerblick, eins mit einem bequemen Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die offene Küche ist voll ausgestattet, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und bieten kostenloses WLAN. Der Aufzug bringt Sie zu Ihrer Wohnung.

Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Para pasar unas increíbles vacaciones les ofrezco este bonito y acojedor estudio de diseño. Sus 22m2 tiene todo lo necesario para vivir en comfort. La cama es de 150cm. La cocina bien equipada. Hay aire acondicionado frio/calor. La zona de comedor tiene una bonita vista parcial al mar donde se aprecia su cercanía a 35 metros desde la balconera acristalada. En la azotea hay zona comunitaria para tender. Además desde el 15.06 hasta el 15.09 disponible la piscina con vistas panorámicas a mar!

Supermarket at 200m, the port at 2,5km, city centre at 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is in a quiet area, but full of bars and restaurants. You can't ask for more! With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

The Torreviejan sandy central beach is only 30steps from the main entrance of the house. If you would like to be at the perfect place on you holiday , is almost impossible to find such a good option to stay. Come and enjoy !
