This bright modern recently refurbished apartment includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living area, large well equipped kitchen, balcony with afternoon sun overlooking the swimming pool and a secure parking.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock einer gepflegten Anlage mit Aufzug, Garten, Pool und Kinderbecken. Parkplätze gibt es in einem Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man in einem stressfreien Urlaub benötigt. Der grosszügige Balkon schützt vor Wind, aber lässt die Morgensonne herein. Zur Strandpromenade sind es ca. 2 Gehminuten. Hier gibt es einen Aufzug zum Strand, zu Einkaufsläden sowie zu Bars und Restaurants. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand.
