Upper level: huge lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 king bedroom ensuite, 1 twin bedroom. Lower level: 2 ensuite king bedrooms, a 3rd twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge, part kitchen. Exterior upper level has a veranda with dining and seating area, a further Canarian bbq eating area and steps leading down to the large south facing sunbathing deck and pool. Roman Steps gently lead into the pool which is 8m x 3.3m with a depth from 1m to 1.4m. Heating to 28 degrees is in the price all year.

This stylish downfloor apartment near pool, has a spacious terrace for your outside dinning and sunbeds It features a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine ideal for larger stays. beautiful bathroom with shower plate. comfortable sofabed and a place for your computer in case you want to work from home. quiet dead end street close to playa chica (divers beach) and the port for you boat excursions and lovely restaurants. Attached to the complex is a restaurant and supermarket.

Stunning little house 20 meters to the beach!

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”

The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the outdoor area there is a patio with a sitting area and a barbecue. There is also a sun terrace of about 40 sqm with spectacular sea views. The Villa has a electric heated swimming pool and it's only 150m away from the beach. Supermarket are within 2-5 minutes, town center and nature protected dunes at 10-20 minutes walk.

BEST SITUATION. CLOSE TO BEACH

Perfecta ubicación, a 200 m de la mejor playa de la isla (playa de bandera azul, socorristas, sombrillas..). Restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas...Con aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Es mi propio apartamento de vacaciones, que alquilo cuando no voy, por lo que está perfectamente equipado. Ideal parejas o familias con niños
