Pequeña joya a tan solo 100 metros de playa de Postiguet , con vistas al mar , piso nuevo con extraordinaria decoracion . Este piso ofrece una ubicación excelente para explorar los lugares de interés de Alicante , a solo unos minutos del Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Alicante , la Catedral de San Nicolas y el Museo de Bellas Artes Gravina . Por otro lado, un corto trayecto se encuentran el Castillo Santa Barbara y el puerto de Alicante . El piso esta ubicado a 5 min. del casco antiguo y centro.

This beautiful, spacious and luminous 110 sqm loft is located in the heart of Alicante’s historic center with views over the old town. We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

Beautiful beach views - in historic oldtown

Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.

Peculiar decoración, baño privado, terraza exterior ( mini cocina acristalada) vistas al Mediterráneo, Playa del Postiguet.Cama a 2mts de altura (abuhardillado) y sofá cama que se puede preparar previo aviso. Situado en un barrio tranquilo de pescadores (Raval-Roig) y a 5 minutos del centro. Casa original de los años veinte, conserva su encanto, pero con todas comodidades, es un tercero sin ascensor.

Awesome Views over Alicante's Bay

Wonderful 2 bedrooms flat to enjoy terrace with incredible views over the see. Very good connected, 5mn by foot to the aerport bus, and to the city center. An ideal place to enjoy peace, nature, sun, and the gastronomic delices. Amazing apartment recently renovated with spectacular views of Postiguet beach, the marina and Santa Barbara’s castle. Located in a quiet area, this is a very typical neighborhood, just a few steps from the beach.
