My place is 100 meters from the sand at the best surfing beach in the area with great sunset views. You’ll love my place due to the ambiance, the outdoors space, the comfy bed, and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located on the first floor below my bungalow. **Please note, I live directly above this studio apartment with my wife & 3-yr-old baby. There will be Happy Feet noise at times but we try to be mindful. Discount applied for this.

Located on the quieter end of town, just a 5 min walk to the best bars, restaurants, tour operators, and surf shops. You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.
