Casa Dos Chicos is a designer vacation home available for rent year round for 8+2 people. It is set on a hill in the charming tropical town of Sayulita, overlooking the Pacific coastline of Mexico. This 3,000 sf villa on the Riviera Nayarit, with 360 degree views and its own lush garden, features 4 suites all with king size bed and private bath, sitting area, fan and safe. The house has a heated infinity swimming pool, a tree-top hot tub with ocean views, and a Mexican-style open air living area which includes a rooftop living room and kitchen/dining room linked by a bridge. The views are of the ocean and coastline but also of the lush foothills of the Sierra Madre and the energetic town of Sayulita. The house and grounds provide a private retreat high above the town and the sea and is only a short walk to the center of town. Sayulita is known for its languid pace, smiling attitude, and happy-go-lucky approach to life and has great shopping, unique restaurants, bars and street food that will make your vacation truly special. The owners will organize upon request welcome dinners, grocery shopping, private chefs, yoga classes, private massages and more. Outdoor activities include surfing, whale watching, jungle hiking, snorkeling and scuba diving, Horseback riding and much more. $800 security deposit due You will also be required to sign a renters contract. You can walk anywhere in Sayulita and the house is a 4 minute walk to the center of town and an extra minute to the beach. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, large closet space, sitting areas, personal safes. The house and pool are fully accessible and totally private and exclusive to the renters. Our manager is available to assist you as needed during your full stay. He lives nearby and is extremely attentive and unobtrusive. Gringo Hill is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Sayulita, just above the main Plaza. The house is extremely convenient and close to everything. The neighborhood is lovely and full of amazing tropical vegetation, beautiful homes, iguanas, and birds. You can walk from our house anywhere you want in Sayulita as well as the beach but if you prefer we an also reserve golf carts for your group. We can help you with reserving your car service to and from the Puerto Vallarta airport, golf cart rental, reservation of various activities, an in house cook and anything else to make your vacation special.
