The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!

Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
