With an amazing 1300 sq. ft. of home and 1300 sq deck with amazing views, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps up to 6 guests. Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Our little cabin in the middle of the woods is a quaint, peaceful retreat located in the heart of Plumas Eureka Estates in Graeagle, CA. This area is host to a variety of forest wildlife, including deer walking through the front yard and wild turkeys moseying down the street. This house was built in the 60's with an addition and upgrades added in the 90's. It is comfortable and clean. Fast fiber optic internet. 5 minutes from the Graeagle Corner Barn and 15 minutes from 20 Mile House.

Guest with a pet need to pay a one time fee of $25/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. Security Camera's in public areas.
