Tranquil, private, cozy home with a beautiful view on a historic country road. Very close and easy access to many activities and services. Including skiing/adventure park at Mt. Sunapee- 6mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year.

Close to heaven for artists and nature lovers. Guest space is the entire first floor of 47' round house with six foot picture windows which allow a 180 degree views on a private half mile on the Connecticut River. Extensive gardens, 30' private guest porch overlooking sandy beach and natural swimming vortex. 4 kayaks, firepit on river's edge, rope hammocks on riverbank. Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Gorgeous canvas bell tent in secluded setting, outfitted with luxuriously dressed queen memory foam bed, pillows, table, lighting, chairs, outdoor patio set + hammocks. Coffee and tea with cream & sugar avail all day. We provide drinking water, a cooler to use, everything but your clothes and meals (except breakfast, we have that covered!) *Solo Stove for a private Glampsite fire available to rent for $50/night, all wood provided. Limited inventory, must reserve, first come first served

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats, donkeys, and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided.

Luxury RV in Quaint Village

Situated behind the gardens surrounded by horse pastures on a private horse farm, in the town center of an iconic NH village. Meet the horses, swim or fish in nearby ponds and lakes or hike local trails and mountains. Close to Gunstock, Lake Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, Outlet malls, Bank of NH music pavilion, local farm markets and all kinds of recreation. Bicycles available. Farm activity add-ons include horsemanship and riding lessons or custom classes.

Spacious rustic 1 bedroom suite located on the second floor. 1 bathroom/laundry room, 1 living room, and 1 kitchenette. Sunday morning all inclusive breakfast. Right next-door to us is the Franklin Falls Dam. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking boots and or fishing poles. Remember, you need a license in New Hampshire to fish. A large deck and comfy deck furniture, fire pit / gas grill! Come enjoy a relaxing time with a host that can’t wait to meet you

Post and Beam Guest Studio on NH scenic byway

Our guest studio is close to Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Otter Pond. You can snow shoe from the front door and skiing, hiking, boating, shopping are minutes away from our quiet home on a New Hampshire scenic byway. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 1 or two small children are welcome. We have a small sofa bed and a pack and play sleeper in addition to a king bed with a luxury mattress.
