Beautiful completely renovated apartment on the first floor of family house situated on the beach front, surrounded by pines and overlooking the coast and the bay. The place consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room. From the living room you come to the terrace with lounge and outdoor eating space, with retractable sunshades. The guests can use parking and outdoor BBQ in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

Soba Old Town nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica.
