Walking distance there is a GYM, the biggest supermarket market SPAR and the local villagers market who sell fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Double Bed + 1 couch (or both sofas) can be converted as a bed + 1 inflatable bed. Residential parking for free. A very short walk 190 meters from the beach / lake.

The city center is about 300 meters away and you can find many stores and groceries , supermarkets (Spar). Also the city church is near the sight.
