Asunnossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, olohuone jossa 50" smart-TV sekä tunnelmallinen avotakka ja mukava vuodekulmasohva. Parvella on yksi 160cm parivuode sekä kaksi yhden hengen vuodetta. Parvitilan voi rajata verholla kahdeksi makuuhuoneeksi. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, kaksi ulkovarastoa sekä terassi.

Vesi saunaan haetaan joesta sankoilla ja lämmitetään puulämmitteisesti saunapadassa. Kohteessa on oikein siisti ulkovessa, jossa ei ole lämmitystä. Avanto joessa auki talvella.
