We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . There is WI-FI. And a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also. Rio Grande "Dean Lewis" House. Just off campus!

The historic Dean William A. Lewis house moved from its original site in the 1970's to its current location. This charming 4 bedroom home is conveniently located, a mere 100 yards, from the University of Rio Grande campus. It is walking distance to plays, sporting events and graduation. This is also a wonderful, centrally located, home base for motorcyclists touring the area.
