Come stay at this family-friendly home and luxuriate in the private spa! It Includes a 4 person sauna, ice bath, and a hot tub! Also comes with 2 paddle boards, 6 bodyboards, 2 cruiser bikes, & 3 kayaks. The sleepout has its own bathroom, and is ideal for multigenerational families and groups. Located a 5 min walk to the estuary and a 5 min drive to Omaha and Matakana. Also features two gyms, including a running treadmill, ski erg, and a yoga studio complete with dumbells and other accessories.

The Little Guest House, Matakana

The little guest house is warm, clean, and sunny. Enjoy the comfy queen bed and fresh cotton linens. Set in a convenient location to enjoy all that Matakana and its surroundings have to offer, with easy parking and access. Wake up to birdsong and listen out for the Tui's during the day. Boutique accomodation minutes from the village. Room @ No Two is a private guest room and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. We provide tea, coffee and muesli. There is a small fridge to keep your market goodies chilled. You’ll have your own private access, car park, a lovely bathroom, TV and Wifi. You’ll also have your own seated outside area which catches the late afternoon sun, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

The studio is quiet and private, is attached to the main home...luxury decor with a comfy queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette, a private separate entrance and car park. Suitable for couples and individuals. Outside seating on deck, nice glass of wine...perfect! A pleasant 3 min stroll to cinemas, cafes, bar and markets and 45 min drive from Auckland CBD.

Hengleigh Studio is self-contained, located separately from our house, on a small lifestyle block, surrounded by a variety of top tourist attractions. The property is all flat, with a rural outlook, complete with a pond, sheep, fruit trees, and a private area to relax. Please note, it is not suitable for children, and there is 1 queen sized bed, with no room for any extra beds.
