The 80 is exceptionally clean—every linen, including the comforter, is freshly laundered for each guest, so you can rest comfortably. Sleeps up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, and a finished game room *No pets allowed to maintain an allergy-friendly home. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and cancellation of your reservation. Guests with service animals must notify us before arrival and may not be left unattended.

Boardman House

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.

The Yellow Farmhouse

This main part of this house was built around the early 1900s. It hasn't had major updates since the 1960s. As such, it comes with some expected quirks. Our goal has been to make this older farmhouse a place of refreshment and rest, providing the basic amenities modern guests have come to expect, while maintaining an atmosphere of days gone by.
