Berg Ferienhaus Borovnica befindet sich in Lič, nur 30 Fahrminuten von der Adria und 50 km von Rijeka entfernt. You can enjoy complete privacy on our spacious terrace, which features a barbecue and area for lounging, relaxing, yoga, or simply enjoying a drink. The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. Additionally, the house comes with a covered garage.

This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Villa Murvenica - Island Krk

Our house with swimmingpool is located 300 meters from the beach of Murvenica bay in a very quiet and poorly populated area. With 3 sleeping room it is perfect for families. Next to the house is large terrace with a barbecue and green meadow with olive trees. The next village Šilo can be reached from Villa Murvenica by car over an about 2 kilometers non-asphalted road or by foot in about 10 - 15 minutes. E-car-owners find a charging station in Šilo.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
