This home is ideal for groups - It sleeps up to 10 people - the perfect spot for families to stay, girlfriend getaways, quilt retreats, and more. This home is just blocks from grocery stores, big box stores, & coffee shops with easy access to the interstate to get anywhere in the city in about 15 minutes - including the Des Moines Airport. You'll be smack dab in the middle of the Des Moines area!

On the West side of Downtown Des Moines, two seconds from I-235, Ingersoll Avenue and Des Moines University; 5 minutes to Downtown, East Village, Water Works Amphitheater, Brenton Plaza, Simon Estes Amphitheater and Drake University; 10 minutes to Airport, State Fairgrounds, and the suburbs. The PAC House is your home base for exploring the area. When it is time for rest make yourself at home. Lots of natural light, cozy corners, comfortable private spaces and a cozy, well equipped, kitchen.

CAMP SPOTS ONLY Located on 50 acres 6 miles north of Knoxville, bring your camper or tent to set up for a private camp spot below the house. Come with generator & full tanks of water, but if you need water and power, I have hook ups by the shop. No shower or toilet facilities. Near Red Rock and White Breast Creek. Just 4 miles from Elk Rock State Park. Horse friendly with pasture. Trails located all around the property for hiking or riding. *Extra fees: additional guests $10 each over 4 people.

Camp outdoors by the vineyard on private winery property. Large space for your RV, trailer, or tent. Private deck overlooking rolling hills. Campsite includes 30/50 amp electric hookup. You’ll love the amenities of the winery including private indoor shower, food and beverages, and wine made from our grapes. Free wi-fi and outdoor patio. Two miles south of the town of Knoxville, IA with shopping, restaurants, sprint car race track. Fifteen minutes to Lake Red Rock for hiking, boating and beach.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for relaxation and in door out door flow. Step outside and walk onto a beautiful trail that will take you directly to a fishing lake and or around the newly built beautiful neighborhood. Minutes from the grimes public library, elementary school and grocery store. Newly built home with a smart fridge and Maytag washer dryer with WiFi and hvac throughout. Plenty of space to host the entire family or a big group or even just a few.

Knoxville's BEST! Secluded acreage! Close to town!

This house is just west of Knoxville on a quiet hard surfaced road set on 3 acres. The entire home was remodeled in '22 with all new furniture! It will sleep 10 comfortably, possibly 12. It has a full kitchen and there are washer and dryer in basement. All linens are included. There is free unlimited WIFI and 2 smart TVs so bring your Netflix etc. passwords with you. There is ample parking and a spot to park a boat. Just not enough room for big trailers. Once you see it, you will stay again!

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Rail Explorers, Boone Scenic Valley RR, Seven Oaks Recreation Area, and Des Moines River Valley. Take a train ride, ride the Rail Explorers, kayak down the Des Moines River or visit the Ledges. Includes separate entrance and spacious living quarters. Has pool table, bar, and kitchenette area. Two comfortable separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have dwarf Nigerian goats that love treats, and horses and ponies that love attention.

I can point you in the right direction to see all the beauty of fall. Some of the small towns have there streets lined with beautiful trees. Update on mile long Bridge Closure We are four miles north of Knoxville off hwy 14. The Bridge closure only affects getting here from the north. However there are detours around the bridge.
