This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.

There is one Ring camera pointed up the driveway for safety purposes. Huge wrap around covered porch and large deck and pool to enjoy outdoors.

The Pod *Pet Friendly*

These unique, eye-catching pods are built in the Midwest by local craftsmen and are unlike any other lodging. The pods—which were made popular in Europe—are a cozy, simple structure with a double bed, full bathroom, kitchenette (sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker), and AC / heat, designed to meet all of your overnight needs. A fire pit and picnic table help you continue the fun outdoors. Dogs are welcome in this unit for an additional pet cleaning fee.

Lavender Hill-walk to town and saltwater pool

This private two room suite with separate entrance in our one-of-a-kind 1915 cottage is walkable to town and has a saltwater pool and outdoor shower. Enjoy the patio and gardens in peaceful privacy. We'll stoke the firepit for you on cool evenings. The rooms are decorated with period furnishings our own and friends' original art. Historic downtown Tryon, Biltmore, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure & Carl Sandburg home TIEC home close by.
