The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

The Love Shack~ In beautiful Wine Country

The love shack is located just off of I -5 down a country road smack in the middle of wine country! We are a 10 minute drive from Willamette Valley vineyards, 5 minutes from Jefferson and 10 minutes from downtown Albany, historical city center. Adults only. Must discuss pets with host before booking. They are allowed after conversation with host. They CANNOT be left alone in the Love Shack or on the property. No smoking of any kind inside units or on property.

Capitol City Retreat

Our home is a quiet, restful haven in a pleasant South Salem neighborhood! Our home is bathed in natural light made possible by the amazingly large windows throughout. Several windows open to the outdoors and a beautiful view of the native trees that hug the edge of the yard dropping away to a small ravine. Robins sing as they survey their realm from atop the trees while squirrels and a myriad of birds scurry and flit about enjoying their natural habitat!

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

We are close to Downtown, Bush Park, Salem Hospital, Willamette University, and Convention Center. We are also a great home base for exploring wineries and other communities. Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety.
