The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. You can trout fish or raft/kayak from the backyard. You can easily visit the nearby campgrounds and park, Amish Market, and take in all that the Gee Creek area has to offer. Winding Road River House

Newly renovated home minutes form the Hiwassee River and Less than 10 miles from the Ocoee. The perfect place to stay for kayaking, tubing and rafting. The Hiwassee also is known for some great Trout fishing. If you are more into riding adventures, the Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway are also a close, gorgeous drive away. Plenty of room for boat and motorcycle trailer parking. Or just sit on the large back deck with a beverage and watch the wildlife. Free wifi!

Lodge 2

We are located about 10 miles south of Tellico Plains, Tn on New Hwy 68 in the quiet little town of Coker Creek. The gateway to the Cherokee National Forest and the Cherohala Skyway mountain range. A short drive to the 100' Bald River Falls on the world famous Tellico River, which is great for fly fishing or white water rafting. Located in the mountains on just under 20 acres where you can hike, ride your toys or horseback ride the Benton Mackaye trail through the mountain range.

Fully restored historic Victorian home built in 1900! Previously used as a bed and breakfast, this home is on the Tennessee Trail of Heritage Homes and has been featured in articles on the history of Polk County. Furnished with custom, high quality furniture. Beautiful historic home located in downtown (walking distance from everything on Main Street). Close to so many activities: Ocoee Rafting, zipling, horseback riding, hiking, and more! Only 15 miles from Blue Ridge.

Mamaw and Papaw's is not your average home in the national forest. When you visit, you'll feel transported back in time to a place of comfort, love, and joy through the collection of creature comforts from our parents and our grandparents. Mamaw and Papaw's is a quiet, peaceful and comfortable place to rest, work, and play. We are a growing homestead with work in progress spaces, like a vegetable garden. Come and sit on the porch and watch the season's blooms.

Berywood Hiwassee House

Lovely, relaxing & secluded river house. Perfect for a family getaway. Relax & unwind in our recently renovated, mid-century modern inspired home. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.

Chanterelle Cottage Ocoee

A fairy tale cottage on the edge of the Cherokee National Forest in the Blue Ridge Mountains, minutes from the Ocoee River and Parksville Lake for kayaking, rafting, and floating. Hike, swim, raft, stargaze—repeat. Enjoy a luxe bath, hot tub, garden café seating, and fire pit. Your stay includes access to six acres at Benwood Gardens. Blue Buffalo Cottage

Welcome to the gateway of white water rafting on the Ocoee River! Our cottage is located near both the Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers. It is just a short drive to downtown Cleveland and Lee University. The Tail of the Dragon can be a half-day trip along with visiting Benton Falls. Whether you are traveling for work or a relaxing trip with your family, we look forward to hosting you!

This cabin features 2 queen bedrooms downstairs, one with its own bathroom, plus a guest bath, full kitchen, and cozy living area. Upstairs, the loft offers 2 queen beds and a half bath. Enjoy the spacious front porch and rear deck, complete with a charcoal grill and your own personal firepit. NO PETS, NO SMOKING/VAPING 2 night minimum- 8 person max
