Beautiful secluded country Cabin called Big Bear Cabin backs up to 300 acres in the Cherokee National Forrest . This place is its own oasis with both front and back decks . The back deck includeds a sunken Hot Tub for 6 which is perfect for stargazing , and if that isnt enough,steps away you'll find a fire pit and picnic table to dine were you can roast smores. If outdoors is not your passion then come inside and enjoy an incredible wood burning fireplace were you relax your worries away.

Sweetgum Villa with Hiwassee River Access

Arrive at Hiwassee Acres, our farm, and horse ranch and let us get you into our newly remodeled two bedroom one and a half bathroom townhome. Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and a view of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The main bathroom has recently been remodeled and is convenient to both bedrooms. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a half bath with washer and dryer just for you!

“On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

And, if you want to remain connected, we include good quality internet access! Our lodge has an upstairs work space, and a full lobby downstairs - a great place to hang out with your friends. NO CLEANING FEES!

Arrive at Hiwassee Acres, our farm, and horse ranch and let us get you into our 3/2 newly renovated unit in our Nature Lodge. A full kitchen with an open living space and a large flat screen TV. All bedrooms have a view of the gorgeous outdoors with two rooms open to a lovely veranda where you can drink your morning coffee and watch the deer roam. Breakfast is provided. NO CLEANING FEE!

With up to 6 guests and two pets you can invite the whole family!. 3 night minimum, but your memories will last a lifetime.

Ayuwasi House at Spring Creek Retreat

This two-story home is located at Spring Creek Retreat surrounded by a native plant meadow, wooded hills, and a white water creek. The name of this house is Ayuwasi House, a Cherokee word that means meadow at the base of a cliff. This house was fully remodeled December 2020-March 2021. It has its own access to the creek.
