Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Melyn Goth, a converted mill nestled by Helford River, offers serene mornings and adventures like kayaking and picnicking in this idyllic spot. Think starlit nights and cosy beds in this haven with low light pollution, flower filled gardens, firepit and space to roam. The Garden Flat

The Garden Flat is a secluded getaway tucked into a beautiful established garden. It combines a large outdoor patio, for your use only, with shared use of the wider garden, which has a far-reaching view over Polwheveral creek and the Lizard peninsula. The flat is warm, spacious and light. Centrally heated, it also has a wood burning stove which comes laid and ready to light, with a basket of logs provided. Please note that the flat is accessed through our garden and up a flight of steps.

Come evening; relax in the beautiful barn, listen to the owls and star gaze through the roof windows from your bed.

Willow Wagon

Willow Wagon is situated on our organic beef farm with views of the Helford River. The shepherd's hut is off-grid and powered by solar. Inside there are USB charging points for phones, a small kitchenette, and a fully functioning bathroom. There is no WiFi on site but great phone signal. Outside there is a table and chairs, a firepit that has a grid for cooking on and bench Please note: The hot tub is no longer available. We apologise for any inconvenience.
