We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

No fishing on property. Guests like to see our wild trout. There are many fishing spots nearby.

<p>Welcome to Cabin 8 at BV Overlook Campground, a cozy retreat near the Rec Room and office. The cabin features a queen bed and two twin bunks, perfect for families or small groups. While there&rsquo;s no restroom inside, shared bathhouses are nearby. With electricity, ceiling fans, heat, a fire ring, and picnic table, Cabin 8 offers comfort and convenience while staying close to campground amenities. Dogs are welcome for a one-time cleaning fee.</p>
