Bright, clean, quiet, comfy, cute, private home in the perfect South Sandpoint location. Less than a block to; 2 parks, public water access and Memorial Field, the home of The Festival at Sandpoint. Bikes, kayaks included. A short stroll or bike ride to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Full grocery store a few blocks away as well as 2 convenient stores.
