We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

An authentic 1940's Fisherman's cottage, a relaxing lakeside retreat. Safe beach for children. Modern conveniences. Renowned area for trout fishing, 8 Km to Rotorua. Five minutes drive to tourist attractions Skyline Skyrides, the Luge, Rainbow Springs, Mitai Cultural Show. The Agrodome, the Zorb. Great mountain biking on forest trails. This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
