This is a bi-level apartment in a 4 plex with no one above or below you. It's located in a good neighborhood and is a short drive to shopping, dining establishments and the Encana Arena. Comes with fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane bbq. There's also a desk and workspace which makes it perfect if you're working from home. Parking area is close to the door. On the second floor of a completely rebuilt heritage building, this European-style apartment is the most central of all apartments in Red Deer. On the corner of 50th and 50th in the heart of the city it has easy access to social and recreational amenities. Many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and walking trails are within metres of this location. It's one block to the civic bus terminal, city hall park, and central in the business and historical district.

Fully furnished basement suite

Located in Oriole Park, nothing is too far away. Easy access to anything in Red Deer via the main roads with restaurants, stores, the highway and the college only minutes away. Parking along the front of the house is free and you are more than welcome to use the backyard. Two larger dogs live upstairs and use the backyard but do not go downstairs to the unit. The washer/dryer are free of charge and the kitchenette has everything except for a dishwasher.
