Graziosa tiny house CON CLIMATIZZATORE di 28 metri quadri con soppalco alto 190 cm (non adatto per bambini piccoli), a 100 mt dalla stazione per Firenze. Al ceck-in si pagheranno le spese della pulizia finale (30€) e saranno chiesti i documenti per la registrazione alla pubblica sicurezza. OBBLIGATORIO SPEGNERE il climatizzatore quando si esce dalla casa. ATTENZIONE: nel periodo di fine anno verrà chiesta una cauzione in contanti di 200€ che verrà restituita al momento del check-out.

Casa Adriana is a beautiful house inside a 14°century Villa. This Villa is owned by the Migliorini family since the 17° century. You have a private garden at your disposal, wifi, a/c, washer, dishwasher, private parking. Casa Adriana is very close to Florence (15 minutes by train) and you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Chianti in 1 hour driving. Please note: Tourist Tax has to be paid in cash once arrived in our accommodation. Hiring a car is highly recommended.

Florence, heart of Renaissance, is only 15 minutes by train, and the leaning tower of Pisa, only half an hour away. The apartment is on the second floor, has a well- appointed modern kitchen, is airy and bright, with spacious lounge/dining room, with double-bed sized divaniletto, and TV.

Two bedrooms with king-size beds (each with inside bathroom) a balcony, a kitchen, a living room. Lucrezia was a poet, wife of Piero di Cosimo de' Medici, and mother of Lorenzo the Magnificent. She is said to have been a modest woman, but one of great elegance and intelligence.
