Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford, Dorset.

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Delightful Fishermans Lodge - central Christchurch

Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. This stunning Lodge is the perfect getaway, having the benefit of peaceful river views, whilst in the centre of historic Christchurch. The Dudsbury Lodge is a lovely modern day cabin set in a semi rural area over looking lovely fields with its own private parking and courtyard for the perfect evening BBQ with the friends and family to relax in comfort with the stunning long ham lakes near by for an evening walks, local pubs and restaurants at a walking distance and only a short drive to the award winning beaches in Bournemouth, pets are allowed but must be well trained and additional cost of £20 payable on check in.

A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.
