Great location! This is an apartment located across the street from Baptist Health Hospital. Apartment has its own private entrance. Two blocks from Carson Park and Keiler Park. Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Very well appointed, highly rated guest favorite with private balcony and peaceful park right outside your door in the Lowertown Arts District. Free wifi and parking. Relax with the whole family in this studio apartment. There are two queen beds plus twin bunk beds. Located near the Shawnee National Forest. The property has 2 other cabins and our house is on the other side of the pond. The property has a pond with a beach spot, as well as, a concrete pad with a table and chairs.
