Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

Dog friendly Plimmerton Close to Beach /Transport

Nestled in a beautiful bush setting, you'll have the entire lower level of our home to yourselves. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, cafes, and railway station. Bring your well behaved dog, Lawn for your pouch to run around. Off street parking. Secure internal garage space available if needed. Breakfast is bread , jams, fruit bowl +juice , yoghurt, selection of tea and pod coffee. Longer stays are discounted. Note : two friendly dogs living upstairs with us. They have a separate outside area :)

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the end of the Escarpment track/ Te Araroa track and the Pukerua Bay train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are felling trees which might be heard during the day hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Sweet Karehana | Self-contained Unit

Our two bedroom unit is totally self-contained. It adjoins our home but has its own entranceway and is quite private. You will have access to the whole unit – two bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also three private deck areas for your use. It's five minutes walk from the beach, ideal for a beach holiday and great for a family (can host up to six people). Enjoy the stroll to Plimmerton Village and the vibe of the cafes. Handy to train.

Willowglenn Cottage gives you the best of both worlds. Situated in a wonderful rural setting with expansive views. The two bedroom, self -contained cottage was recently built in 2012 so has all the modern amenities you would expect from a new build; double glazing, warmth, new fixtures and fittings.The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and bench top cooker. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With beautiful views of the Pauatahanui Inlet and all day sun, this is a home to relax comfortably in. Oak Lee – tranquility 23km from the city. Elegant and spacious self-contained studio apartment with its own entrance downstairs from the main house. Breakfast is not included in the booking. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Beaches and pleasant walking and cycling tracks close by. Paremata station is a 20 minute walk away.
