Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

The Pole House

Take it easy at this unique, small, well priced tranquil getaway, priced for family affordability- please note the small cosy, 35m2 guest house is built on poles for a view of the ocean. Right next to a beach access track (7 minute walk), this guest house is also only a short walk from the train station. Pukerua Bay is at the southern end of the world class Escarpment Track. With a scenic beach and other day hikes on offer, Pukerua Bay is a charming village to stay in. Street parking available

Beautiful modern home in a new subdivision in Aotea, Porirua. It is a bright, warm and comfortable home where you can relax in the lounge with a view over Porirua Harbour inlet. You are close to the motorway with the access to SH1 only a couple of minutes away. House, 30 minutes to Wellington CBD, 35 minutes to Wellington Airport, 35 minutes to Hutt Valley The house is located close to the Police College which is only a 2 minute drive away, while Gear Homestead is only a 2 minute walk away.

Little 6 Holiday Home Titahi Bay Beach

All day sun in this cosy 60's townhouse. A minute stroll to our beautiful surf beach with a great walking track at the south end. Wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, superettes and local RSA. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena. 20 minutes by car to Wgtn and the Ferry Terminal. Wgtn city is compact and an easy walk to great eateries, coffee roasters, craft beer brewery's, boutique wine bars, the Sky Stadium and of course Te Papa.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the end of the Escarpment track/ Te Araroa track and the Pukerua Bay train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are felling trees which might be heard during the day hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Sweet Karehana | Self-contained Unit

Our two bedroom unit is totally self-contained. It adjoins our home but has its own entranceway and is quite private. You will have access to the whole unit – two bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also three private deck areas for your use. It's five minutes walk from the beach, ideal for a beach holiday and great for a family (can host up to six people). Enjoy the stroll to Plimmerton Village and the vibe of the cafes. Handy to train.

Willowglenn Cottage gives you the best of both worlds. Situated in a wonderful rural setting with expansive views. The two bedroom, self -contained cottage was recently built in 2012 so has all the modern amenities you would expect from a new build; double glazing, warmth, new fixtures and fittings.The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and bench top cooker. Helston Hideaway

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. Oak Lee – tranquility 23km from the city. Elegant and spacious self-contained studio apartment with its own entrance downstairs from the main house. Breakfast is not included in the booking. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Beaches and pleasant walking and cycling tracks close by. Paremata station is a 20 minute walk away.
